• You may not redistribute or resell your license key.

• The license is tied to your hardware and cannot be shared.

2. Service Evolution

We reserve the right to modify or update the software at any time to ensure compatibility with third-party platforms or to introduce new features. Service availability is subject to maintenance periods and external platform updates.

3. Liability & Risk Factors

Critical Disclosure: The use of automation tools violates most third-party gaming service agreements. By using NightMiner, you acknowledge that:

• Your account may be subject to penalties, including permanent suspension.
• NightMiner is not affiliated with any game developers or publishers.
• We are not responsible for any loss of digital assets or account access.

You use this tool entirely at your own discretion and risk.

4. No-Refund Policy

Due to the immediate delivery of digital goods (license keys), all transactions are final. Once a key has been transmitted to your email, the sale is irreversible.

No refunds will be granted under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Account bans or suspensions.
• Software incompatibility with your specific hardware.
• Changes in third-party platform policies.
• Unused subscription time.

5. Agreement Termination

Any violation of these terms will lead to immediate revocation of your license without notice and without the right to any compensation or refund.
